Well I have one that I"m going to post but assume no one will want it. Anyways is there any parts on it I should keep before I scrap it?

I went hunting for one locally here at parts yards...luckily a member on here had one for my friend who just picked up an XJ

Long story short...

They want 350+ for one of them. Might want to see if one locally would want to buy it. People look for them for stock setups and they bring big money undoubtedly.

I assumed no one would want a vac disconnect axle as all I see is people deleting it or switching them out. So yes I was going to scrap it.

Guess I'll post it up and see if anyone wants it and if not I'll just pull out the guts.

Unless its a 3.73+, the carrier is of no use. If its a 90 model it will have the one piece knuckles, they are worth saving. The spider/side gears could be used at trail spare's. If the actuator is good you could "good karma" that to someone. If the uni-bearings are good, keep them for spares(only if they are the 90 model) and the drivers side short shaft can be used as a trail spare.

Thats about it!

You could change the two piece passenger side shaft for a 1 piece and keep it. The UCA mount on the passenger side is alot stronger than a non disco.
