Well, my loss everyone elses gain. the cs-144 WILL NOT FIT in the cherokee without some serious bracket fabbing and cutting. It beyond my skills to make it fit. The problem lies that it hits the side rail and the lower bracket. So to all those who were curious as to the outcome......here is is. If there is anyone who has time andfab skills, maybe you can fab up something. But the stock one just wont cut it.
