CORE/TS 4x4 Show & Car Crush-8/8/09

Mark your calendars to hold this date!!! The annual Cincinnati OffRoad Enthusiasts (CORE)/Terrain Stompers benefit will be held at Barn n Bunk Farm Market, in Trenton Ohio, on Saturday, August 8th, from 10am to 4pm. Like last year, 100% of all proceeds raised go toward One Way Farm Children’s Home in Fairfield, Ohio. We need your support again this year to help make this a success .

We will have the ever popular Car Crush, as well as an Offroad Vehicle Show n Shine, with different categories for stock versus modified vehicles. There will be an RTI ramp onsite for bragging rights. Vehicle entry fee for all events is $15. Various local vendors will be onsite to discuss projects, both current and future. We will be selling raffle tickets to win fabulous prizes donated by our sponsors as well as Split the Pot tickets.

So tell your family! Tell your friends! Heck, tell complete strangers! But please help us get the word out about this event! The flyer is below and has the addy on it. Questions, comments or suggestions, please let me know.

The GRAND PRIZE for the 09 Benefit will be a SMITTYBUILT XRC8000 # WINCH W/Roller Fairlead donated by ROBERT HEATH CONTRACTING. Raffle tickets will be sold during the event and the drawing will be at 4:00 pm. Must be present at 4pm to win!!!

I might show up too nick! I am wheeling the 25th and won't have enough money to wheel again since i'm going to need gas to go to the Pig Gig so i may just slide over to Cincy for this.

Finally got got mine bolted back together, not ten minutes ago. Still no hatch, but it should definitely steer better now, with the trackbar actually attached to the frame.

And by the way, Lisa dear, if you're gonna boast about your "cute little purple car," you really, really gotta start signing your posts.

Tomorrow is the day!!!! Weather is gonna be hot and sunny with highs in the 90s. So bring sunscreen! Show begins at 10am, gates will open prior to start time. Here is a recap of the days events, pricing, and timetable for the day. Look forward to seeing everyone there!!

Entry fee of $15 per vehicle gain access to Car Crush, Show n Shine and/or RTI Ramp.

Car Crush: Will go on all day

Show N Shine: Opens at 10am with Judging from 12 –2p, winners will be announced at 3pm. Classes are: Classic; Stock; Modified (35” tire & under); Extreme (36” tire & over)

RTI Ramp: Will be available all day, the overall winner will be awarded at 3:30p

R/C Rock Crawler Course: Will be run all day

Split the Pot: Tickets sold all day. Ticket prices are $1 each OR 6 for $5. Drawing for the winner will be held at 3:30 (must be present to win).

Grand Prize: Tickets sold all day. Ticket prices are $2 each OR 3 for $5. Drawing for the winner will be held at 4:00 (must be present to win).

Event T Shirts: $10 each.

Drinks available for $1 each all day

Lunch available for purchase from 11:30 to 2p at Barn n Bunk
Hot Dog - $1 each
Bratt or Mett - $1.50 each
Chips – 50 cents each
20 oz Pop - $1.25 each
BnB shop also has Ice Cream and Deli Sandwiches available for purchase as well

11:30 – 2pm Lunch available
3:00 Show n Shine winners announced
3:30 RTI Ramp winner announced
