Coolest car?

1964. First year of the Ford Mustang.

Ugh. 65 is the first production year of the mustang. The 65 where made in 64. Just like a 2011 ford is made in 2010.

Otherwise i have a 1996-3/4 ford e350 & a 1987-1/3 cherokee.

Take your pick; last of the Challengers, 455 Firebirds, and a few others, or the arrival of the Mustang II and MkI Golf. Love this advert.

1952 Chrysler Dream Car

One of the great mysteries is why Chrysler hired Ghia to do a bunch of exquisite designs, and then apparently ignored all but the silliest details (see the taillights on the dream car, which appeared on the Chyrsler 300, for example), to come up with some of the ugliest cars ever made!

1988 Monte Carlo SS, I've always had a thing for these cars. My dad has an '87 SS

So what about the 64 Mustang? I think we all understand how the model years work, but thanks for sharing!

I'm gonna have to go with the 82 Grand National. For some reason, I thought they were made in the later 80's but not early.

The first years stang sucked, the 260 was a terrible engine, once they gave it the 289 and front disc brakes that was a different story, prior to that it was just a falcon with some different sheet metal. I had two 66's, one a rag top GT HP289 4 speed and a 6 cyl auto hard top.

Well, I could pick some pasta rocket, some cool ones from this year, gonna keep it Merican though

I'll see you those three and raise you the 1986 Dodge Omni GLHS ("S" for Shelby"). Not my birth year, but cool anyway in my book.
