black shirts, with 3 colors on the back, 2 on front, screen printed (screen printing on dark requires more $$ since they have to lay down white first.... ) in quantities under 35 ?
screen printing front and back 3 color back, 2 up front, is usually around 8-10$ a shirt.
Now if you are talking digital printing on a light colored shirt, we can already get shirts down to 4$ -5$ a shirt if we ever did digital on light, especially using cheaper Port and CO shirts. We have been using the new Port and Co Ring spun shirts, and they are good quality for the price. We have been experimenting with hoodies and I think the best hoodie I've found for the price is the reno fest hoodies from 2 years ago.
