I've done some extensive googling, and I can't find any laws concerning driving lights (number you can have, positioning, etc.) anywhere. Anyone know? I don't want a fix-it ticket.

Edit: I'm planning on getting a roof light bar, and eventually some fog lights.

Here ya go. All you want and more...

I need to get some bumper-mounted lights :D

From what I understand, there isn't any restriction on how many you can have (within reason), but they just have to be between 24 and 54 inches high.

I checked with a state trooper today to confirm this, and he said that you were allowed to have any configuration of six lights on at any one given time on the front of a vehicle. I double checked to confirm that roof-mounted lights were okay, and he said yes.

In a nutshell:
In CO, less than six on at one time and you're good to go.

the thing you need to look out for with the light bar is the color of the lights. Not allowed to have red and blue unless the bar is not hooked up. amber and white is fine and allowed to work. as for KC lights you should be fine unless you run around town blinding people. Then they will lecture you...

No, these were only going to be helper lights for when my stock headlights weren't enough to get the job done (i.e. mountain roads, dark highways, wheeling.)

When in doubt, talk to an officer. I got a good no-bullshit answer. And yeah I just forgot to mention the bit about not using red or blue lights.
