It flows like a soap opera, but here goes:
The property owner (et all.) started a business and bought some property to operate that business.
They sold the business to a corporation, and retained the property.
The corporation did what corporations do: They changed name once, then, morph into a separate entity, changing the name again.
The property owner did what property owners do: Raise the rent to reflect the market value.
The newly-morphed entity told the property owner to pound sand.
The property owner told the newly-morphed entity to pound sand, and vacate the premises.
That was last week.
This week, the newly-morphed entity told us motivated, hard working, committed, bottom-feeding, grimy, peons to pound sand...and have a great life!
