Hahahaha. Mine wasn't bad like that. I jut really had to poop. Hahaha.

I've been on a chicken and rice and greens and shakes food plan for a while and the cheat day made me not wanna cheat anymore.

Well I eat like 6 times a day. And sometimes it's hard to eat. But in trying to get the Health right. I'm up over 190lbs. And hoping to hit 200 before I slim down some.
