River did you do any fishing? There is a Lady in Loretto That runs Baja big fish ( fly fishing Pam ) that sets up fly fishing trip's,,, lots of fun catching big dorado on the fly

I went to the airstrip attack.a new event here in the Springs at the old airport. Exotic modified cars local and from all around ran for 1/2 a mile.
Fastest car I saw was a heavily modified nissan gtr. Went 209mph in 1/2 a mile

Jim, I'll have to look that up for next time. I've not caught a Dorado yet so that would be fun. The surf is very rough in Cabo so both times I've been I have not planned on fly fishing but the surf fishing is excellent and anything from shark to Rooster fish can be had. We planned on buying a 12 foot surf setup for me but this was not a good trip. It's the only time I've gotten sick there. It started on day 2 (Sunday) and it wasn't until Friday before I got my feet under me again. Unfortunately, I didn't do much this trip.

I saw some pretty deluxe workmanship tonight. Somebody welded D-35 backing plates onto an 8.25 axle. The guy now has an unmolested axle to bolt on.

The sad thing is that d35 and 8.25 backing plates (at least for 91+ c clip style axles) are the same darn part, AFAIK. Why the hell would anyone weld them on?

I don't know!

The owner pointed out that whoever welded them on, had the holes for the parking brake cables pointed toward the back. It is kinda hard to grasp the thought behind that one.

I'd just like to go on record......

I can now say with all confidence that the removal procedure for a Ureteric Stent is the brainchild of an evil, masochistic female doctor.

To add insult to this vomit invoking injury...... The nurse assisting in the removal of said stent was hotter than any Sports Illustrated swimsuit model I've ever seen.

That is all.

On a side note, I have been noticing a massive influx of hotter women along the front range in recent months. A great improvement over the granola bag ladies that I've seen for the last 5 years.

Indeed, Mr. Weenus received a fair amount of support from the S.I. nurse....... but only after he'd been force-fed a healthy amount of numbing gel and rendered ..... ineffective. Mr. Prostate on the other hand was getting pretty worked over........ Definitely had to find my happy place. :shiver:
