Colorado B/S Thread

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Manual is like 20$ at Checker or Autozone and comes in very handy.
that's the book of lies! Don't fall for it!

:eyes: I usually wait for the right year FSM to show up on ebay and buy it for 40 bucks or so. Well worth the cost. I've got most of the years on the shelf now if you ever need really specific info.

Radiator's easy except the darn quickdisconnect on the lower driver corner. That can be a bear to get loose.

Looks like I missed some quality drama.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Someone called about katy's jeep

"why did you swap in a d-35, these came with chrysler 8.25s"

and

"what's an LP30?"

were among the gems she heard.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Hellz yes! I just scored a 2 door for free! Says the title is in the glove box. Going to pick it up tomorrow. If it has a good title, look for a build thread soon. Chop top done right and 37's!

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I'm going to come to the old folks home before I swap out the 42s for 37s, run over your WJ, steal your date(s), and then buy you a steak and a beer. But only because I like you. :D

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Thanks Frank.

Rich, actually thinking about putting it for sale after I drop the rad in. I've owned service manuals for most of my previous vehicles but since I am currently without a good set of tools and garage I've slacked way off.

Speaking of which I have a book I would trade a sixer for an old eagle talon in the rare chance someone sees this that wants one. It's against my morals to throw a book away.

That is one of the few non-jeeps I have seen that I would willingly drive.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

If I have time after playing more lumberjack tomorrow (5.5 cords down, 1.5 to go), I may get a chance to flush the fuel system, clean the carb, and get her running. Ya know, so I can go run over jim's shite :D

Since you'll be up here why don't you just drop those 42's off at my house. I'll give you money come tax return time, I promise. :D
