Ok, riddle me this Batman......

Why on earth would a Jiffy Lube be collecting splash pans and skid plates?

Seems to me there's potential for a lot of pissed off customers - I know I would be.

I was using the car wash next to this Jiffy Lube and saw a guy on a crotch rocket pull up by the dumpster, and 3 employees come out to meet him. They all started taking hits off a pot pipe...... then I saw the piles of pans and skids.

Unreal.

Scrap. We did it at big o. Parts that were 'trash' we'd scrap and use to fund lunches and stuff for the guys.

Ours weren't oopsies, to be clear, but damaged or unwanted parts per customer or insurance.

I looked 'em over. Most were un-damaged. Most are plastic, some were metal.

I think these dingleberries are just lazy.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

When the Liberty was purchased, the real shenanigans started with the finance guy pushing the $3000 extended warranty. Heather is a royal pain in the a$$ when buying a vehicle. I hate the entire process but she gets this look in her eye like when a prize fighter gets hit. So I decide to sit back and take in the tennis match with her and him over the warranty. Back and forth. Back and forth. Finally...the guy comes back and looks like this:

He's pounding the water and finally offers 70,000 more miles for $700 and H settles. Covers a ton of stuff too.

So my question is...the Liberty front suspension has a simple way of being raised using spacers in the clevis mount. Wondering if adding 1/2" to level out the rake would void the warranty?
