Colorado B/S Thread

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Absolutely tragic Chris. So sorry for your loss and for Mark's family.

If you hear that his family needs any sort of support that any of us can help with, I know you'll let us know.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Last Sunday my buddy dragged a friend and I along to what he said was a Car show and cruise consisting of all types of cars/trucks , but what it turned out to be was very large group of Brian O'conner and Dominick Toretto impersonators...LOL...Never seen so many cars that look almost identical and so many neon graphics, neon spray painted rims , fart cans , And Wings in one spot .

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Thank you for the well wishes, guys, but I believe that is all the venting I wished to do -- I'm going to go build something, embrace my family, and seize this day. I suggest you all do the same.

Took your advice gonna enjoy whats left of my life and spend my kid inheritance ,boughtand gonna get a bigger apt so friends can come visit me a late model lexus 430, ,

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I always knew you were a wise man, Jim!

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Jim, unless you manage to get shot by a jealous husband, your kid's inhertitance will be spent. :) My 96 year old mother's last year and a half of life cost her estate $6.5k/month, and the government $5.5k/mon. Which is just absurd for a woman that just was waiting to die. $12 grand after tax a month waiting to die, we'd all be happy to spend that living. There has got to be a better way to do things, but I don't know the answer.

My goodness... Soo very true though.. I all too often find myself going through the motions a lot these days. There were a few events in recent years that had me thinking very differently about life and I said I wouldn't get into a comfortable stupor again. I need to get back into it man. Create more, learn more, adventure more, be outside more, just spend more time doing things that come with satisfaction and pride.. Just feeling alive.. You know, like digging a hole and drinking some PBR or something.
