Ok so the gf is looking for hard doors and a back seat for her 93 YJ.
I tried to get her set up on that other jeep forum but she's dragging her feet on it.
Just wants to go to the junk yard and look. I'm not much of a window shopper, seems like there must be a better way? Apparently the junk yard she knows of charges $2 per head to get in. Is that normal? Aren't there junk yards that could tell me on the phone if they had the parts or not? Total junk yard newb here.

nope thats normal. Even if you have to return an item or swap it out, they charge another $2 to get back in again!

lol thanks for the info.
Stadium seems to have an actual parts locator where u pull only lists the vehicle.
They are showing 4 yj's so I guess we're just going to look.

What up Mike, how'd the morning go?
Yeah it was an adventure, she was pretty creeped out by the lot.
I've been to a few before so I knew what we were getting in to, just didn't remember a cover charge...
I told her to go up front and ask how long past closing I could be there since I was trying to wrangle off some wheel well flares for her wrangler, and she wasn't too keen on walking around out there alone. The blondness did attract a few stares and drools as we were walking around, guess I don't blame her...
No luck on doors or a seat though.

ps that vacuum leak on my xj I think might not happen at stand still idle, but when you get up and rolling and then let off the throttle it does...

Use to go to the Yard with my ex... Never had her walk alone though. Then again, she would always be dressed like we were on a date or somethin...

naw i did that about a month ago. the ol niner is breathing easy with a new motor in it

this is a 4 bolt mains vortec 350
