Right, but you can hack off a good 15-20hp from factory ratings, they all lie.... and take into consideration altitude that v-twin is HURTIN...in a bad way.
How is it build? I mean aside from really heavy internal work, all exhaust and custom mapping will get him is a few ponies. V-twins arent meant to be high HP bikes. They are all about good gearing, decent weight and rockin torque. Either way. No one is rockin a 250 hp number here in co without boost or spray. Well, nothing street ridden/legal anyways.

Well well well.... appears as tho Big O has managed to XXXX me, YET AGAIN!!!!!

As some of you might recall they failed to pay a workers comp med bill and it showed up on my credit, took a few months to get them to pay, dropping my score in the process.

Also found out they never filed the incident (Apr-2009) with co workers comp or their private insurance.

fast forward to this year.....
I now have several pings on my credit, and a new collections. For what you might ask? a 2k bill FROM THE SAME INCIDENT.

Now they are refusing to return calls and messages, and my credit has dropped yet again thanks to these asshats......

On that note, Hope you all see what a shit hole business the Koldenhovens run, and choose not to support them.

Ya nick's shop has a different owner and nick is a great guy.
They own the fillmore, nevada, fountain, woodland park and a few in denver.

So tired of this shit. Tired of my personal life and credit being ruined by their lack of concern for running a business correctly. :gag:

What about consulting with a couple of contingency lawyers Mike? See if one would be interested in taking action against the Koldenhovens. You wouldn't profit much from it - and I doubt that'd be of real interest to you anyway, but you'd sure get the satisfaction of knowing that they're spending money defending themselves and having to jump through hoops........

I've had good success dealing with the BBB when the business I have a beef with is a member of the BBB...... are the Koldenhoven's BBB members? I got my money refunded after foolishly "investing" in an MLM, and also got a good chunk of my money back from those title crooks when trying to get the title for that CTS by filing a complaint with the BBB. It might make them dance to your tune quicker if they have BBB heat.

The State Attorney General's office is another direction. Workers Comp reporting violations should peak their interest.

Ya Ive already made some calls, low and behold I get a very urgent call from them. They are "looking into it currently. After I was yelled at for my "tone" in voivemails. LOL

Just for info, there is a thing called "slander of credit". If they f'd yours up, you might be able to go after them for some serious $$$. At least you can make them go to the credit bureaus and fix things.

Which ones do they operate in the Denver area? I was going to go back to the one at Kipling and Bowles in Littleton as they've been good to me so far, but I don't want to support them if they're the same guys.

Yay. Another failed emissions test. By a 10th of a percent on NOx. Tried twice..... :mad:

I'm gonna blame the fuel I put in the tank (from a junker's tank - probably older than I expected) and the fact that the test operator had the cooling fan half a car's length ahead of the jeep. I shoulda had them push the fan up to the bumper and angle it up a bit since the winch and bumper restrict air flow.

Could be the aftermarket cat is worn out too.... dunno how old it is.

Fresh fuel, a chat with the test operator about fan location and crossed fingers tomorrow..... wish me luck. :rolleyes:

^^I'll second living in El Paso County.

Lots of things are better up here. How well do you think I would fare if I showed up at an emissions testing station with the Supercharger still installed?

Just shit with the Blazer they are attempting to XXXX me on. Im about up to here with the bs as of late and am going to burn the house down (figuratively speaking) with everything I have on them. Big O was smart and resolved their issues. Ford Doesnt seem to get the hint. So Imma give them some real big legal clues. Dumbasses
