collection of jeep stuff(build/blog)

Man you almost screwed up your eye when we were pulling your tranny too. And that was WITH safety glasses on. Your eyes must be magnetic or something...

HAHA

Thanks guy.. it did suck.. went to get it checked from 4-6am

On a side note.. I ordered a 24" LED bar! super stoked on it..
Also in the midst of a parts list for switching my compressor to OBA.. Although still debating CO2

Also bought an RC crawler and just painted up my MJ body!!

Pat you should have talked to me, I've got 7 crawlers and need to downsize my collection. Prob could have gotten you a much better setup than stock. Haha. And txt me back man, I found those 12 injectors I need rebuilt. Lol (661) area code.

Hey I don't think I got your number.. I can't find a 661 area code in my phone and haven't got any txts. I'll shoot ya a pm

Mine is fairly setup. Traxxas xl5 aluminum steering links knuckles servo horn and a 15t motor.
It's not the greatest build but it's still really fun! This is my course matchief and I have been making!

I've since primered then sprayed Bondo undercoating on top! Shit works really well!

Well the stiffner you got on looks pretty legit, I think after talking to Tim and seeing how yours turned out I'm leaning more towards getting a 110v and trying the learn as I method. Also, how did you fit your jcr sliders? just cut the mount plate and weld?

if you get the hd offroad stiffeners you may be able to bribe me into helping you weld them on if YOU do all the prep work.
typical bribes are: large quantities of delicious taco bell goodness, slabs of fresh fish, cash, or ammo. i can teach you how to weld before you drop coin on your own machine.

Boy Patrick that sounds like a good DEAL! lol

Well if you want to upgrade that stock crawler chassis, lmk. I have a SWX chassis tht we might be able to work out a trade as far as injector cleaning. I also have a few 1.9 scale or 2.2 comp style tires/wheels I want to get rid of. as far as electronics go, I run tekin 35turn combos in all of my crawlers. Lots of slow control but enough wheel speed when I need it.

Added in a couple more leds today.. Hope everybody who bought them from me enjoy them!

I still have some smaller 2 led pods.

looks good. Do you know if I could wire these to my fog light harness? I still want to pick a few of these up from you.

Hooked my aux fan up to a 6 terminal on/on switch. As some of you know the 97+ will throw a cel. The way I wired it does not throw a cel. I can turn it on whenevr needed or leave it in the "off" position and let it function as it normally would.

Switch is napa part # tg6064
Pretty simple too took about 20 minutes or so.

How weird, I did that same thing today as well! I went the relay route instead, potato potahto. Took me like 2 hours because I suck at electrical stuff. Now I just need to fix my guage so it's not reading 30° cooler than in reality...
