where is the coil spring stop on the coil base plate? the instructions I have for the springs for my 3" lift say to put the springs in until they hit the coil spring stop. is that the piece of metal that is also the mounting bracket for the sway bar link,or is it the slot by the retaining clamp? thanks,Ben

On the coil bucket, you will see that you can only rotate the spring a certain amount before it stops. The end of the coil will eventually get to a low point where it will stop spinning, which will be at the "spring stop". Once it's in that position, bolt it down with the spring retainer.
