Do ads get bumped back to the top of page 1 when posted to? I've noticed that WTB or WTS ads that I've posted to stay right where they were at the time of my reply.

No they dont. Probably for the simple fact, that when someone wants something sold, they cant bump it back up so it would always be at the top. It stays where it is at...
