Christmas party and sickness

Sorry I haven't been prompt to respond, I've had this wicked fever the past 2 days.

Anyway, yeah, the 11th works for me and I can meet wherever, SLC works

I will look a around for a credit union branch that is central and let everyone know where. Perhaps a restaurant close so that we can do some planning also. I will open it up to the past BOD if anyone is interested, but basically it is Jerry, Aaron and Steve with the decisions. Set things up early in the year, generate some interest in various events and it should work--Steve

Steve
That sounds good, just let me know when and where. I will do my best, work allowing, to be there!

Steve, did you guys make sure the chapter bank account complied with the new rules national set into place this year?

I'm not sure exactly what all the new rules are but Jerry, you could ask in the national bod forum.

If not before you guys switch names on the account you might want to look into that. I know they are requiring that it's set up using naxjas tax ID number, requiring two sigs for transactions and a few other things.

It's already setup with the tax ID number but not the two Sig I do know that.

Ryan:
The account already has two authorized signers (signators), the president and secretary-treasurer. I read through the Mcgyver statement from several months ago about the two signers and the one point they did not make clear is whether any withdrawals should require both authorized signers (a real pain) or whether they just want a back-up for contingencies. I interpreted it as the latter. Otherwise, it would be difficult to do anything with our group. And, Derek is correct. The account does use the NAXJA Tax ID number. Now, to answer Jerry, if we include both the old and new BOD the midway point is Sandy, UT. Israel is in Spanish Fahrk and you and the vice-pres. are in Layton. I will confirm that the First America Credit Union at 9400 S. State St. in Sandy is open Saturday morning and we can meet at Joanna's Kitchen for breakfast if that pleases everyone. That is at about 9600 S. State St. on the east side. I will get back to you with the exact time.

Thanks Steve. I wasn't sure. I just thought while you were switching stuff around it would be the time to fix it if it wasn't right. Sounds like it was handled.
