Maybe, maybe not. I'm sure the agents would've liked to have been pardoned, but if they had the choice between commuting their sentence or staying in prison, I'm sure they'll take the commuting.

Compared to what his people did during his reign what those two did was nothing. It was not just a few people that wanted them pardoned either, it was several thousand including two senators, several congressmen, four governors and quite a few law enforcement people too.

Yes you are probably right, I'm just saying that they are out of prison and if they had there choice they would take commute over staying in prison.
