Catalytic Converter Question

I need to replace my catalytic converter and I was thinking about buying a Hi-Flow Carsound Catalytic Converter off of ebay for $55 w/ shipping. I just wanted to make sure that this particular cat was compatible with my '98 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I don't know if this cat comes with 2 sensors or one which is pretty much my main concern....I guess my question would be if this comes with 2 sensors or not. Anybody else that bought this have the same problem?

Any suggestions are welcome.
Here is what I plan on buying: (url link)

THANKS!

heres one thought. It's a universal fit which is one reason it's so cheap. On my Wrangler I had there was one O2 sensor before the cat, and one afterwards. You can have the one in the rear tapped into your exisiting pipe. As for the cat on e-bay you may have to fab things since I think it will come up a little on the short end length wise.

Semantics.

"Universal fit" should mean it fits everything. That is, after all, what the term "universal" implies. When applied to catalytic converters, however, "universal fit" actually means "fits nothing, fire up your welder."
