So were are you guys camping @ Greene-Sullivan? I just live a couple of miles from Wampler lake. I hope to come out and meet some of you, probably will not make it to Redbird, have to work. Still working on Jeep, need lift.............:banghead:

Friday and saturday is the plan.

Work may change that to Saturday only.

BTW - Rev's Mobile Chapel of Love will be open to folkes needing a place to sleep. Applicants will be considered based on membership, gender, and snoring. Of course, true brothers and sisters, of the MWC (you know who you are) will be given priority.

I've got a aluminum 20lb Co2 cylinder if anyone is interested. I've had it forever and haven't done anything with it to date. I'll likely not do anything with it. It is at least 3/4 full if not more.

I'd like to start a rathole for another project. Make me an offer. I have no idea what it's worth.

EDIT: I've also got a Rusty's engine skid. I do not have any hardware with it. I do not have pics, I can get them if need be. Also have a 99+ intake for a 4.0L.

Co2 was picked up today. Skid is supposed to be picked up Sunday.
Intake is still available.

Yes!!!!! Iam IN .. Never been to this area .
Iam planning on camping friday and saturday at Green-Sullivan.
I looked at mapquest not sure exact location of camp area.
I see Green- Sullivan on my atlas RT 159. Is that correct??
Directions from anyone thats been will be much appreciated. Thanks Nick

Not sure which way you are coming in, but if you are going through Dugger on SR 54, turn South at the sign for Green Sullivan State Forest; should be SR159 (by the train bridge) and then...

take first entrance to the campsites, take a left at the stop sign and go about 2-300 yards there will be a nice turn around area that is good for a pretty good size group.
IIRC it is next to a small pond and a pit toilet.

Thanks!! See ya Friday around 8:00 pm. Nick

FYI - the CountryMark gas station in Dugger is a supporter of Redbird, let's help those that support us and our sport. (I'm sure Casey's likes the additional business as well, but I know for sure CountryMark supports the park)

Good info! Thanks Byron.

Is that the one right across from Casey's?

I think so... never had to look. According to the corporate website their #2 is ULSD. I may run up to Dugger Thursday, I'll check for you then.

OK guys, we're going to make the check presentation in the morning. That will take place somewhere between 9:30-10:00. Redbird is going to have a giant check made up, that ought to make a good picture. There will be some media coverage of this, just not exactly who. Most likey at least their local newspaper, and maybe more. WTWO may fly in their chopper, who knows. :D

Directly following the picture for the media.......we wheel.

Looking forward to seeing everyone! See you there.

Are they going to let us stay out a little longer since we won't be able to get on the trail until at least 10?

That would be up to whoever is running the gate that day. In reality, by the time everyone gets through the gate, off the trailers and ready to wheel it would be 9:30-10:00 anyway.

We're not losing any wheeling time.

You go ahead and go wheel, the rest of us will turn famous.

How about we all ware out WF T's from last year. It sounds like Redbird is trying to drum up as much publicity as they can. Not so much for our sake but for theirs. I'm OK with that and think that's great! If they can use us a way to promote Redbird and wheeling, I'm all for it.

Everyone want to wear our WF shirts from last year? Maybe I'll sport my new polo.....

If the WF shirts weren't red I would say go for it. The RMG staff shirts are red, so everyone would blend together in the picture.

Other years' WF shirts would work though.
