Cantina for the 'Con 2025 Volunteers needed

Hey sierra chapter,
I'm on the hunt for some volunteer help at this years Cantina for the 'Con at Robbs Resort September 6th 2025. I copied my email that has been going out to clubs in search for the help. I'm offering free camping at robbs resort from Friday 12pm until Sunday at 10am for all volunteers. You will receive a Food ticket, drink ticket and a 2025 volunteer shirt. I need a number to get he shirt order in no later than July 31st 2025. Please reach out if you have any questions.

We’re gearing up for Cantina for the “Con 2025 and we need awesome volunteers like you to help make it a success! We need help with things like

• Setup and cleanup
• Kitchen
• Parking
• Bar needs
• Trash and Bathrooms

It’s a great opportunity to meet fellow wheelers , get behind-the-scenes experience, and be part of something fun and memorable.

Event Date: September 6th 2025 Shifts will be 8am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-5pm. Please tell me which shift works better for you.
Location: Robbs Resort
We are also offering free camping for all volunteers from Friday 12pm until Sunday 10am which included a few rv spots.

Thats my middle's birthday weekend and I assume if Im not working for our new financial program cutover at work, there will be some sort of party at home for her.
