You haven't done anything "wrong" (although we're waiting for you to do something "right" ) but the picture forum was one of the fori being most heavily used in terms of bandwidth, and it is now necessary to be either a Member or a Supporter in order to have posting access (to help pay for the bandwidth being used.)

We started this on 01JUL, with announcements going out the previous month - and the link above goes to the main announcement in Non-Tech (which is "stickied" at the top of the queue.)
