Does anybody have any laying around they want to get rid of. I am wanting to fab up some stuff and think I might use the stock rubber bushings. Unfortunatly I threw mine away 2 years ago

I zipped them an Email I found the poly ones on their website but I want rubber ones. I guess some CJ leaf spring bushings from the local Kragens might be the ticket, and hope BC has the right size of tubing for the center part. When is the next time you will be up this direction Jes?

Sweet you guys are the bomb.
I am in the planning stages for long arms and a traction bar. I don't care to use heims because they can be noisy, harsh and wear out. The poly bushings like the ones in my Rustys LCAs tend to chunk. I like rubber bushings for their compliance and what not. I think there is a reason nearlly all the oem manufactures use them, besides cost :wink:
As far as scrounging used LCA bushings, hey free is free
but before I buy some new ones I want to make sure I can get the right tubing for the inside diameter and what not.
Hey Zion, for the Long arms I was think of making them adjustable just like the Rustys lowers you did, I did the same thing and haven't had any problems with them. Did you ever have any problems with the threads wearing or anything like that? I don't have access to a nice lathe like you
Also I was thinking about skipping the whole JJ thing and using a rubber bushing. My logic is that the rubber coupled with the freely rotating arms (from using no jam nuts) would take up the movement? any thoughts?

I have Zion's old LCA's
They are holding up quite well. I'd like to change them to rubber though. Maybe later, the poly bushing Zion put in seem to be holding up really well.
