Calico Run Sat 4/9/05- Support the only XJ in the group!

If anyone is interested there is a Calico run on Saturday 4/9.
We're camping friday night and hitting the trails Sat AM. :sunshine:

Its just about 1hr and 45min up the I15 from Corona. Its in Barstow, about 15min past the 247 HWY.

Thats not a whole lot of time to make a run that far. You are looking at almost 3 hours of driving time to and from the trail. If you could get there at 8am you'd be good.

It's not that far, is it? It seems like it doesnt take me that long from Fullerton..

Fullerton to Barstow. Calico is just outside of Barstow.

Try it on friday night and it will take 6 hours...

Interesting. Fullerton to Barstow on my odometer comes up @ 89 miles when I make the trip, and usually takes about 75 minutes.

Maybe I drive faster than you.

Calico is 11 miles outside of Barstow. I'm towing so I do drive pretty slow.

I was out there Sunday, it's still pretty green. Wild flowers were awesome! I can't make this trip, I've got to drive into LAX.
