Well I got Autocad 00-06 (but its all licensed), its good your intrested at a young age I was too and now I am 23 and all I do is draw on the PC for a living.

well its not the best program but it is ok, try going to emachineshop.com. They have a free design program you can use. Its not a huge feature packed software but its ok. You can also have your designs created by the company and sent to you, they have tons of different materials you can use with all of the info on each material.

I have used the emachineshop before. I had them make me up a few custom chassis plates for my R/C truck.
