How bout a little Ford Ranger?
My girlfriend in high school had one, never had one issue with it, and easy to work on when doing tune ups and whatnot.

Good advice, you should try it too sometime.


Really though, get her a little 5 spd 4 banger Ranger, thing gets pretty damn good mileage, you can find one with 4x4 so she doesn't get stuck in the winter, and like I said, not one problem with it in the 3 years I was with her (with regular maintenance of course).

my first car was a honda. my second was an xj. my jeep was way more reliable and i really didnt spend that much more on gas. it has a 4 in lift and 29.5 mud terrains. it does great on gas. even though i have bought my 2nd xj, my other one is still running strong and still gets driven! i wish i would have gotten an xj for my first vehicle! but no, i spent my money on a honda and alot of speeding tickets!
