Buy from SEARS, support Reservists

This is pasted from an email my father sent me. Being a member of the CA Air National Guard, I really respect what they are doing for the reservist members and family's. I have had employers who do not show the same respect or consideration for the sacrifices they make.

I agree. And it makes a nice contrast to Pep Boys, who have been charged with firing employees who took too much time "off" attending Reserve and National Guard training. Maybe we should also stop by the nearest Pep Boys and explain to the manager why we're NOT buying anything today, or this week, or this month, or this year.

I took a look through the list of the companies that are doing better than the law for the reservists. It seems to be primarily certain industries doing it. Example: A lot of local government bodies, and electrical utilities.

I wonder how much of that is because of Union issues??

Even more interesting, Commonwealth Edison is listed, but PECO is not. They are now both part of the same company, Excelon

On a side note, on my was to Sears to get some tools, tomorrow though.

Just because, I have questions doesn't mean I can't support them.
