Bumper add on tube bars

I have a Warn front bumper with out the grill gaurds. I don't like there grill gaurd. I would like to get the tube type bars that the lights mount too on the FourReal World Series Bumper and mount them on the warn bumper.

Is there anything like that out there or do I have to get them custom fabed?
