Well, I ended up going alone. Hell, these guys even had french fries. There was everything from a stock j10 with borrowed dc mud countrys to a pretty well modified (read pointy at both ends on 44s) chevy p.u. The guys were great, lots of teamwork, and no attitudes. Deft, you gotta get to know 'em. The guy that put it on lives in Austin. I had a blast. When I got there I mentioned that I wasn't gonna get too radical, 'cause I drove out. Well, that recieved the we can get parts, and if nothing else trailers and trucks were offered for a ride home. So, I got sorta brave and ended up runnin with two yjs with fullwidths and lockers. Needless to say the xj even impressed them. With bfg a/ts I only skirted three obsticals, two I needed grippier tires, and one woulda put me on the bumper. I had a great time, and met some really cool people. SO, next time, ya gotta try to make it.
