Browns Camp 26th and 27th

wrecked

NAXJA Forum User
Hey guys, I know NWF is on the 16th but if anyone wants to meet up for a bit of wheeling and rock crawling and what not.

I am heading up there and would like some extra rigs to come along.
For those of you that do not know browns camp is in the Tillamook state forest and offers beginner, intermediate and advanced trails.

Let me know if you can go or if you want to. I plan on making one run a month so even if you can't go this time, let me know if you can go another time.

Thanks
-Kevin

Kevin,

Those dates will not work for me this time, but I am very interested in keeping up with future trips.

There are several of us farther north that plan trips about 1 per month also, we should definetely meet up every once in a while somwhere in the middle or down at Tillimook.

Make sure you post your trips in advance so that others can join you!!

Thanks,
Michael

Yeah please definitely let me know when you guys out there.

I'm finally out of school and so the only thing keeping me from going out alot is work. But with 2-3 weeks adviance notice I can get time off.

For everyone else I am still planning to go on the 26th and 27th if anyone wants to meet me up/down/over/out there or somewhere along the way.

I just moved here from Socal. I am also a member of Socal XJ, ( Http://www.socalxj.com ) I was never able to go on any runs, cause my rigs are always a work in progress, but my wifes XJ is almost wheelable. I do have alot of experience in wheeling, but not as much with an XJ. I now live in Goldbar, and want to go on some runs, or even ride with someone. I also am currently working on my XJ which I am installing a Ford 5.0 with a np435, and a np205 t-case, D44 front, D60 rear, and 9" of custom lift(not much progress on this one). My MJ is Chev 350, sm465, Rube Adapter to D300, 14B Front?(we'll see), 14B Rear and 11" of custom lift(most of this one is done, I have to pick it up 1st of Aug, from storage in Cali.) Wife's XJ is 4.0 with AA adapter to Sm465, Rube Adapter to D300(need flip kit, and frt driveshaft), stock open axles, 5.5" lift with 33" Boggers. I am not fimiliar with much wheeling around here, except the local stuff, so I would like to meet some people, and check out what is going on around this area.

Wow! Too bad you couldn't put something together for NWFest!

We usually try to make a run once a month (a few individuals get together more) and there's talk of an upcoming August run.

You are really close to Reiter's Pit - a very popular wheeling spot for those that want to get their feet wet and it also has some more advanced trails - at least i THINK the trails are still open.

Check back often and chime into the discussion - we don't bite (well, maybe one of us does...). You are welcome to join us on any of these runs.

Oh! (Where's my manners??) Welcome to the Pacific Northwest Chapter! Pull up a chair and enjoy!
