Brake wrench, where can I buy one?

Im going to do some brake work and figure I should go get a brake wrench. 3/8" is the correct size, right? So what stores would carry this? I cant find them listed on sears or harbor freight website. Id like to just pick one up rather than order online. Any one know a store that carries these? Thanks
