blue ox base plate for 99 xj????????

just a stab in the dark, does anyone have a base plate for a blue ox tow bar???????????

I sure don't, but I do have that bumper sitting here if you think it's sturdy enough to bolt that tow bar too. If you stop on your way there we can make that happen
