Blocked out after changing e-mail address

i updated my e-mail address last night and now i am blocked from NW Chapter threads. i never received e-mail conformation of my change.
please help

Complaining to the (unpaid) help puts you at the tail end of the longest line!!!

Nothing in my email yet. (maybe because I am at the bottom of the list)

I am only suggesting that more then one person have access. It seems to me a standard operating procedure for most organizations.

Not trying to make trouble just my 2 cents.
