BEST rust eater?

what is the absolute best, but easy to locate rust eater? I'm trying to work on my front end but I am totally beaten by the 18mm nuts on the sway bar endlinks and the steering stabilizer....

...I've broken 3 Craftsman 18mm sockets so far so I bought an 18mm 6 point wrench but....

I need to blast these first

I was temped to try Deep Creep the last time I was picking up supplies, but for some reason all the red straws were missing from the cans, so I just stuck with the good ol' PB.
