Well, bought the Jeep that was listed above, for $300. :laugh:

This thing is really just going to be a parts Jeep. The body is too rough to really be worth it.

If it had a title I'd look into getting it fixed up and drive able, but not going to go to the effort and headache of obtaining one.

I did already steal the radiator (new aftermarket one) for Nikki's Jeep.

I was told ~160k, but haven't had a chance to verify.

Everything drivetrain wise looks good, hell it's cleaner underneath than most vehicles I've acquired :laugh:

What's the chance of snagging the drivers side C pillar inside upper plastic fascia? Don't care about color, since I paint them anyway. When I went to pull mine off Sunday, it shattered into a ton of little pieces. I guess after 31 years the plastic can get a bit brittle.

If that chassis is rust free it is too bad you couldn't send it to the rustbelt, would cost too much to be worth it. We are running out of good XJ chassis and who cares if they are dented up if it's gonna be a trail rig?

Only two types of bidders for this NASCAR rednecks and cholos...With rednecks you need a red neck who has money and likes Dale Jr ,and that is an unlikely combo ...as for the cholo it is bright enough but the sidewalls too tall rims to small and it does not scrape the ground pulling into Taco Star ...lol

'Cholos' don't do big rims and rubber bands. They run 13" 110 spokes on small tires aired up too much to handle the bounce.

Look at the steering geometry on that thing. It is going to have horrible bump steer.

The rig actually has quite a bit of potential...it would just need a bit of work.

It has a V8, coilovers, a pretty well done interior, etc.

Kind of hard to tell from the pictures what the axles are...9" rear?

Get rid of some of the ridiculous stuff like the exhaust and exo thing, and with some rework, and maybe tons...I'd rock it
