BEHOLD!.......Through the marvel of modern photo-enhancement technology, we can reveal the true identity of the Cadillac lady...

Wait.......WTF?!?!?!? :scared:

tempting!

That is a very good price on an end of production Grand Wagoneer. We miss the Waggy we had and can easily see another in the stable. Considering is had leafs on all four corners, the ride was very nice indeed.

But then they weigh like a million tons...
A fine example of what these can command for prices...

That guy is nuts if he thinks he can get 22000 for that Maybe if it was restored

There was a similar restored one on cl last month for $40k... I think he was nuts too since a decent version can be had for less than $7k... note that in addition to the list price on those auctions though, there is a 24% buyer fee. that adds up pretty quick.

I see them listed for that much, for pristine examples, pretty regularly in Hemmings Motor News and Dupont Registry.

Yeah, that "wagonmaster.com" place does restoration........ or as they call it on their website "renewals". Basically getting as close to a "new" FSJ as you can get.

This is why the prices are so steep. So many richy-rich folks with winter/summer vacation homes are willing to buy these to park in the garage as sort of a novelty get-around car when they stay there.

I can't figure out how this guy hasn't recieved a thorough razzing by the Pirate4x4 folks.......... This thing has got to be unusable and completely unsafe to drive much less build...... He shouldn't even give it to someone.

'87 Comanche - $1,000

"The Comanche hasn't been on the road in about 10 years or so, but it has been started up and driven around the property regularly....... would make a great off road rig."

Driven regularly???? I'd say the tire off the rim and sunk into the ground suggests otherwise, not to mention the spider webs spanning the driver's entry into the cab.......Off road rig???? That thing is going to split in half if it so much as flexes on a street curb....

That isn't a 1000 dollar rig, that's a 100 dollar one, if that. Maybe his period key doesn't work and he meant $10.00?

It doesn't even have any parts really worth saving, I mean... the tailgate and tail lights are gone, the bed is junk, the gas tank is probably swiss cheese, you could get most of the rest off any parts XJ.

Sarcasm on...

See, this is the problem with you guys.

Altogether too picky. Now, this vehicle is obviously the individuals pride and joy as you can tell by the meticulous care that has been lavished upon it for all of it's pampered life.

I mean, really...

How can you be so cruel...

OK, sarcasm off.
