Could be a 90' or 91-92' it did have the stock bench with headrests .

Just a 2.5 sport truck but I'll still try and haggle him for it .

easyest way to tell is the sport truck trim theres no way its 90+

Maybe its $3500 Canadian which equals maybe $800 USD? You'll want to check that exchange rate, could be off by a few cents.

I like how he down plays the milage by saying it has only 13k a year. That is 182000 miles. However, it appears to be in really good shape for the miles and seems to be a fair price.
