Best d-30 u-joint

if i remember correctly, 760's are just HD 297's? or just a different part number. but to answer your question, no... you cannot run bigger joints in the SAME SIZE shaft;)

I ordered the Spicer joints yesterday, and ill order new chromoly yukon shafts tomorrow.. then ill be up and running, anyone ever have experience with yukons warranty?

Yukon's warranty is such that you send them the shafts, and they send you new ones... takes about 3 weeks in my expierence...

FWIW - i switched from stock shafts to Yukons, after blowing stock shafts, and put Yukons with spicers(u-joints) in my front axle...

I then blew a Yukon stub, and switched to CTM's and Superior stubs with the Yukon inners...

I then twisted the splines on my Yukon inners, and switched to Warn inner shafts, CTM's, and Superior stubs... and now carry the yukons as spares...

Ive put the warn/CTM/Superior combo through the same critera that caused the Yukons to fail, and havent heard a peep from my current setup...

You get what you pay for - and I advise everyone I know - to skip the intermediate Yukon alloy shaft step, and head straight for the stronger (allbeit more expiensive) alloy shafts - Superior or Warn with Alloy USA being a close 3rd...

Each time I had an issue with the Yukon junk - their warantee took care of me - 3 weeks later - but they werent the ones out there on the trail fixing my junk... I was...

Well, I hope they hold up better for me than they did with you. I don't think I'll have as much wait time on warranty replacment as you tho. PORC warranties them directly. (What I understand)

Maybe I'll get lucky. :)

so, got the alloy usa's with ujoints,, 475$ shipped, got a good deal i think.. Plus my rear axle shafts are alloy usa so it will be nice to have everything matching..
