It has been a long time since Ive taken the XJ out to run hills, about ohh since July. Been keeping it on the road since Ive had a oil leak that I have yet to address, but recently fixed its self. I do know its the oil adapter housing, but no point in fixing something not leaking anymore. So I went out to PMI where it wasnt fenced off because I believe those are the parts still open and state trooper didnt seem to care so I think it was alright.
Went from the Blvd out to Pueblo West, and when I got there I decided to see how long it would take to race back to Pueblo. Well I go thalf way in about 4 Minutes, then I took a wrong turn so lost interest and hit a couple hills out there. Most fun Ive had all week, specially since my buddies flight got cancelled and he cant get here until the 27th. Wish I had more then blown shocks and a saggy ass to be out there with, but itll be lifted and platted in no time(6-8Months
).
Just thought Id come on here and make me known to the ColoChapter, and tell everyone of the simple yet fun night I had.
