I'm picking up the 16' truck at 6am...

I'm hoping to start loading as soon as I get my cafeine levels up to operating levels...

btw...

You guys that have been to my place, you think a 16' truck is big enough for 1 trip?

It should be fine, if not we can throw some stuff on the trailer with Skanky, on Saturday.

And we can fit a fair amount in the van. Larger stuff is kinda difficult with the trailer hooked up, though...

*GOOD* plan with the bigger truck, Gil, especially if it's got the lift gate. As long as it's not a U-Hell.

They got the furniture and some stuff moved Friday.

Saturday, after doing a battery transfer to get Skanky running, and getting a running start to get her up the trailer ramps from a snowy parking lot (no front driveshaft), we had an uneventful drive to Kenosha.

Since we left the jumper cables in Chicago, and Gil's wide rims just let the tires squeeze between the trailer sides, trying to push her off did not work.
Had to do the ol' roll in reverse then slam on the brakes, about 5 times

Gil was going to rent a van to go get the rest of the stuff that afternoon, and hopefully he'll get the new place organized and have time to web-wheel again, soon.

I've come to realize I have waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much crap!

glad you got it all done. You know, you wouldn't have had to go through the pain of loading/strapping down that stroker block if you would have just given it to me .
