Barnwell Nov 14th-16th

well ive never been out to barnwell, and it looks like i might be getting there late friday (if i make it at all) but it sounds like finding yall should be no problem... just look for the mushroom cloud

The mushroom cloud should be small.

Unless of course we tape the output of the generator to ...say a 35 gallon trash bag. But we really couldn't do that, we don't want to shatter windows back at the front office.

On second thought maybe bringing this thing isn't such a great idea...anyone have a potato gun :D

I can make one this weekend...

Speaking of... 2 WEEKS TO GO!!!

Well I can't make this weekend and a fellow member in COR just turned me back onto this site (I have been a member for many years).

I will be in barnwell the weekend after this if anyone would like to meet up with the southern high rollers.

We will have about 20 rigs with multiple groups and difficulty level.

We are also putting on a charity raffle for a childrens home christmas in Beaumont. There will be some decent prices and 100% of proceeds go to charity. This will be held and camp SHR which is also in the back of the property.

I will be arriving nov 21st early afternoon.

Let me know if you plan on coming and I will keep an eye out for you.

Thanks,

Jay

Um yea ive got something like a potato gun. lol I usually shoot d-cell batteries, golf balls, broomsticks, just about anything that will fit out of it. Air powered and weve taken it up to about 80 PSI.

I have a mosin nagant carbine. You'd think its doomsday when that 7.62x54R goes off on a short barrel but I don't think we want to be shootin "real" guns out there aside from the fact its probably against the rules.

Well...well...well....this just in.

I think I found a line on the axle shaft that Jennier's XJ needs. IF I did we'll be taking her monstrosity out to Barnwell.

Oh, and I haven't forgotten Jerms.

Aaron and his wife turned me on to Dr. and Jack when we were in Hot Springs btw. :rof:

That's my drink too. I had the jack ;)

I was at AutoZone last night and one of the counter guys mentioned something that there is going to be some kind of Yota Vs. XJ shoot off or something that weekend also... anyone heard of this?
Would be interesting to see what kind of rigs would be put up against and what trails.
