Now I know I'm going to catch hell for posting this..but I don't really care!

Anyway, anybody got any good brie recipies? I'd really like to make a Macadamia nut encrusted brie (similiar to the Kincaids appetizer - and if you haven't had it to yourself a favor and go get it!).

Anyway, I know we've got a few cookers here... Let me know if you've got anything to share.

Thanks

Not me, I'm rolling out the dough now and fixing a big tray of pigs n a blanket, using some dogs from the local butcher, some good mustard, some beer and I'm happy...some horseradish cheddar cheese, few crackers, then dinner time. Silver palete has some good brie ideas.
