Badlands Nov 28th -noob run-

i am a real noob here. i dont even know where the badlands are. I would like to join you guys in this ride, but count me as a maybe. need to talk to the wife.
i have a 96 xj 4.0 I6 mainly stock, but my fenders are trimmed and this weekend i am putting 31's on it. could i make it in the badlands?
 
Last year at Winterfest I made it on stock suspension, stock tires, all I had were rock sliders and front and rear tow points. I did get pulled by BOB for aboot 35ft through some deep mud, but that was it... BTW I'm not that far from you (1.5hr into WI...) I am also upgrading lift an tires this weekend...

EDIT: The Badlands Offroad Park is located in Attica IN. From Menomine it's aboot a 10-11hr drive, so for you, add on another 2hrs or so.... I highly recommend you at least go down for WinterFest in March... IF you wanna convoy, let me know...

shit thats a hike. Winterfest sounds like a good time. hopefully i will have my lift kit installed by then. i would prefer to convoy so i will let u know if i am in for winterfest soon.
 
i still think i coming maybe we can all meet up on 41 somewhere

My buddies and I usually meet up at the intersection of Rt. 30 and Rt. 41(Indianapolis blvd.) We meet in the large parking lot at the Northwest corner(near Harbor Frieght tools and Hooters). I dont know if thats way outta the way for either of you guys, but from there we just hop on 41 and cruise. So if you wanna hop in line somewhere further South from 30 after we leave we could arrange that also.

that's were i was thinking, I will have to make sure i can get a baybe sitter then i will be sure :thumbup:
