you know that you have the offroad bug bad if you watch movies and other shows on tv that show rough ground like Congo or any show about the National parks and try to pick a line up the side of the hill and think "why are the people walking? I can get my XJ up there." or is just me?

Hey I cought myself watching the travel channel the other day! There was a show on modern 4x4 compitions!

I hope its not to bad since I'm no better. I was in Ohos rios jamaica climbing these buitful water falls and not only were talking about wheeling them we we trying to find the haredst way to climb up them gettting yeld atr by the guides . And when i travel I'm always looking at the sides of the raod looking for place to play.

No big deal, sometimes I hope for an accident or other obstruction on the way home over blue mountain just so I can try another powerline or gas line right of way, I'll settle for any excuse.
Whats really funny is a few times I've pulled off I've had other jeeps follow me even a WJ once, turned out to be a neighbor and she knew I was headed home so she followed.... boy was her husband ticked at all the mud on it from the stream crossings...Geeze, if he didn't want to drive it off road why did he order the cross contry package, just for the shiny front hooks ??
