bad spring pockets

To All Who Have Some Advise.
I got into a 99 jeep cherokee sport and I am having to rebuild the rear leafs and some of the spring pocket on driver's side due to rust. Got it all apart and could use some help as to welding in spring pocket and shackle removal. Thanx Charles
