If you have a manual, it's a separate switch (on the shifter?) Do a search--you will find more info than you wanted.

T Teron NAXJA Forum User Location OH Dec 3, 2003 #7 jeepin.com has a great write up on how to remove and clean the NSS. Not sure if it is mentioned, but white lithium grease makes it really easy to slide the switch off the post. It's also rather brittle, especially in this colder weather. Teron
