No tranny cooler on the ax-15 that im aware of... Year? Vehicle specs? -Need more info here.

While it is possible to add an oil cooler to a Manual Transmission, I have to question the why is the box getting so hot?
When was the last time the lubricant was changed?
To add a cooler would entail adding in an electric pump capable of moving the working fluid, controller for the pump, lines and the cooler itself. IMO, not really worth the effort/costs on a non race vehicle.

Have you checked your exhaust for leaks?
The AX-15 does get hot, but not from friction inside the box its waste heat from the engine bay.
