Josh what did you think about the awards that they gave out at the Christmas dinner last year. I think that they are awesome, but I am not sure of what we would give them for. If we want to do thiss it would need to be done quick. Anyone want to get the info from ryan and take charge on this? Only two months of service left....:chef:

i think that we could afford 4 or 5 of them at 25.00 a pop. josh do you want to be in charge of making this happen?
 
What do we want to do for these? I called and to get 6 of them we are looking at about $200 We sill owe them money for one award.

If we want to do this we need to know who the awards are going to go to and what we want to have on them.

We need to do this soon to get them in time for the Christmas Party.
 
So what do we want to do with these? I need to get the order in today or one of you other two are going to need to do it because I will be gone all of next week and they need to start on them if we are going to get done in time. We need to e-mail him with the order with specific details of what we want on each of them.

Dr. Moab/puppet master

And so on.

I think probably no more than 6 of them.

If I cant get the order in it needs to be sent to [email protected] with a deadline date specified.

I'm guessing from your post that you have talked to him. Does he still have the image he needs in his computer?

He has everything he needs. He just needs to know how many and what we want to have them say.

6 seems like a lot. Do we get a price break at 6? If not, why don't we do 4? My votes for catagories would be:

Rolling Wreck - Derek
Nicest Rig - Tom
Bonehead - I'd say me for spotting Josh on Escalator, but I won't be there.
Trail Champ - For someone who made it to most of the trail runs this year.

there is no price break so we could do 4, 6, 12, 2, whatever the number.

You better order me one that says 2009 Naxja President on it. I dont think that my competition is trying very hard.

As for attendees to the trail runs, here's what I remember (BOD members not included)

Jan.- Pony Express Trail-Jan 26 – Michael and Leanne
Feb.- Annual Dunes Run-Little Sahara Recreation Area-Feb 16 – Chris, Michael, Leanne, Jared, ???
Mar.- Delta or N. W. Desert-TBD- Mar 29Paul, Ryan, ???
Apr.- Free Month (Do whatcha want)
May- U4WDA Little Moab area cleanup-May 10Jared, ???
Jun.- Price Area Trails-June 7Derek, Bryon, Jared, ???
Jul.- Hobble Creek/Walsburg-Heber, Ut.-July 19Dave, Paul, Tom, Jared (sort of, he was late and did his own thing), ???
Aug.- 2nd Annual Intermountain Chapter's National Geostash Event-Aug 22-24 - Most all the active members
Sept.- National Public Lands Day-Skyline Dr to Joe's Valley-Sept 27
Oct.- 's Fall Fling- 25th Anniversary Event, Moab,Ut.-Oct 5-12Most all the active members.

So far, I think Jared is the winner for Trail Champ.

Sounds good as long as he will not get offended. You could also give Josh and I an award for surviving the scary ride at the sand dunes.
