AW4 How long will it last.

275,000 on my 91 with the same fluid it came with from the factory.

The question is how crisp is your AW4?

I guess all those tranny service intervals I did were a waste... my '91 has 167000 and the fluid changed every 30,000 miles. Shifts the same or better as it did in 1991.

My 90 has 277,000 and the "reserve" 89 has 149,000

I am hoping my o4 GC makes it to 100K!!!!

I change the fluid 25-30k, and when I got them, I fill and drained a few times at about 1000 miles.

I am amazed at the durability of these powertrains.
